Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Quiana!
Growing up as a petite girl, my mom enrolled me in a summer modeling camp—and I fell in love. We learned the importance of posture, grace, and good skincare habits. It was more than having a fierce walk or taking fun photos (though I loved that part too). This was confidence development. Modeling became a creative outlet— a way to reflect God’s gift of creativity and celebrate the beauty of individuality from the inside out. Yet, the journey wasn’t always glamorous.
As I matured, I struggled with body image and faced social anxiety that made me question my place in the room. It wasn't until I began embracing who God created me to be and seeing the purpose in the unique qualities He gave each of us, that things began to change. He says I am "fearfully and wonderfully made"— a truth that young girls and women often struggle to fully embrace. I learned to love my frame, find my voice and walk in my identity. I’m still navigating this journey, but along the way, I realized many girls and women quietly wrestle with worthiness, confidence, and belonging. That’s when the vision became clear.
I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without the support of my family and the seasoned women who walked alongside me offering encouragement, wisdom and hope. Heel the Girl was born! This is a nurturing space where women can uplift one another, share their journeys and grow together.
Welcome, I am so happy you're here!
