Each Heel the Girl order is prepared with care and intention.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrectly, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contactheelthegirl@gmail.com with your order number and description of the issue with photos.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, issued at our discretion.
​
We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
​
We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the above requirements.

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation and/or make an adjustment, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at contactheelthegirl@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
